Current favorite fictional female? EASY. Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones. She started out as meek and mild, doing her brother’s bidding, accepting the fate he set up for her. But then she married Khal Drogo and her life with the Dothraki taught her to be strong and gave her the confidence she needed to leave her brother’s shadow.

Despite all the terrible things, which I won’t mention because of spoilers, she became the Dragon Queen, revered throughout all of Westeros for her strength and beauty. She’s doing what it takes to reach her goal, to take back what what taken from her family.

Basically, I’m in love with her, and as far as actresses go, Emilia Clarke is PERFECT.

And now for today’s challenge! The Mysterious 99.

The object of the game is to pick a book you have not yet read, turn to page 99 and read that page. Then you give a synopsis of that page and tell us if, based only on that page, would you want to read this book?

Please remember to give a synopsis ONLY, no spoilers and no plagarism.

On page 99, two men are talking. One is the bathroom and he won’t come out because he’s washing his hands with really hot water. I think he’s got an OCD thing. The other man then calls a girl named Marijke, who works at a Dutch radio stations and apparently fidgets a lot.

Do I still want to read this book? I’ll give it a try. The page wasn’t very revealing or interesting, but that’s just the page.
